Well known company based in the Northern Suburbs, in need of a Debt Review Administrator with a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ debt collecting experience.

In-depth knowledge of debt review processes as per the National Credit Act

Handle all correspondence and queries received from clients and Debt Counsellors

Liaise with clients and creditors on behalf of Debt Counsellor

Extensive customer service

Negotiating proposals

Receiving and monitoring payments

Handling of queries

Final settlement letters

Terminations

Monthly reports to management

Obtain balance certificates from credit providers

Communicate with credit providers and clients

Answer, screen and forward incoming calls while providing basic information needed

Handling administrative queries from credit providers and clients

Corresponding with credit providers and clients

Obtaining acceptances and paid-up letters from credit providers

Facilitate negotiations between credit providers and consumers

Updating proposals following the counters and acceptances

Liaising with all departments and management

Supply attorneys with updated information for court appearances

**Education & Experience**:
Matric

Minimum 2 - 3 years sales experience in a similar environment

Computer literate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Finwise System / Intuitive

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
Be willing to work under pressured environment
Must have exceptional client relationship skills
Team player - work constructively within a team
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Passionate and energetic implementer

Strong monitoring skills with an attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month
