1. Collecting monies on the aftercare book and the legal book at a later stage.

2. Contacting consumers to make and confirm payments.

3. Collections/payment queries.

4. Monitoring of payments and sending out payment reminders.

5. Producing and affecting 17.W documents on relevant consumers for nonpayment or cancellation.

6. Producing and affecting 17.7 documents on relevant consumers.

7. Cancellation and general queries.

**Qualifications and skills**:
1. Collections experience, 1 to 2 years of experience required.

2. Matric required and any further qualifications will be advantageous.

3. Good telecommunications skills required.

4. Basic computer skills required.

5. Good communication and negotiation skills required.

6. Experience on Simplicity and Finwise would be very advantageous.

7. General experience in Debt Review and the process in its entirety will be advantageous.
