Build rapport and uncover real estate challenges to provide tailored solutions for sellers. Negotiate Property Pricing and make logical offers to acquire properties Hit Weekly and Monthly Sales Goals Work with an Energetic Team and Have Fun **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Must have a minimum of 1 year phone sales experience Must Speak Fluent English Strong command of English grammar and exceptional writing skills. Real Estate Experience a PLUS Must have a Persuasive Personality Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved High School Diploma or equivalent; (Some College Preferred) Hands on weekly training Manage a pipeline of prospects ; respond in a timely manner Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially ; Self motivated We use SalesForce daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed ; Organized and switch tasks with ease Report on KPI's on a weekly basis (revenue, contracts, quality conversations, talk time/dials) Strive to be #1 on the Leaderboard. Computer literate. Ability to perform and/or willingness to learn Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) We are looking for PROVEN sales closers.
