Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Consultant based in Johannesburg. Day‑to‑day tasks The Sales Consultant will develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver high‑quality customer service. Consulting with clients to understand their needs, delivering sales presentations, closing sales deals, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape our product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships Ensure customer satisfaction and high‑quality service delivery Consult with clients to understand their needs Deliver sales presentations and close sales deals Provide market trend and customer needs feedback Required Equipment Own roadworthy and reliable transportation Valid driver's licence Stable internet connection Laptop Smart phone Qualifications Experience in sales consulting and consulting Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the training and compliance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Compensation This role is commission‑based.
