Qualifications:
**Education & Specific Training**
- _ Matric equivalent qualification (essential)._

**Work Experience**
- _Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role (essential)._
- _ Background in the BPO sector (essential)._
- _ Minimum of 1 year of administration experience._

**Responsibilities**:

- _Data Management and Reporting_
- _
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems (Client and TP platforms)._
- _
Design, prepare, and deliver insightful reports tailored to internal and external stakeholders_
- ._
- _ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data-related deliverables._
- _
Operational Insights and Performance Improvement._
- _
Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for operational teams._
- _
Support campaign performance enhancements by reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement._
- _
Actively participate in strategy discussions to drive business and campaign objectives._
- _
Stakeholder Engagement._
- _
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients._
- _
Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences._
- _
Collaborate with the broader WFM and MI teams to align reporting and operational goals._

**Required Skills**:
**Technical Skills**
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and macros (essential).
- Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects (preferred).
