We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing data to answer questions, analysing data trends, generating insights, and supporting decision -making processes to drive business growth and efficiency.Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics. Collaborate with cross -functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Conduct ad -hoc analysis to support business initiatives and projects. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Key Measurable: Accuracy and timeliness of data analysis and reporting. Number of actionable insights generated per quarter. Improvement in business processes based on data -driven recommendations. User satisfaction with dashboards and reports. Contribution to achieving business goals and KPIs. Requirements Minimum Professional Experience:  3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.  Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.  Advanced experience in Excel  Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.  Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.  Excellent communication and presentation skills. Reporting and Visualization Tool Experience:  Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.  Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.  Advanced knowledge of Tableau for creating interactive dashboards.  Familiarity with Power BI for business intelligence reporting.  Understanding of Excel for data organization and basic analysis. Beneficial Certifications or Qualifications:  Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or equivalent certification.  Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst.  Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.  Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.  Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
