Your work will impact key areas such as credit risk, customer segmentation, product performance, and compliance reporting.Be part of a dynamic analytics team where your expertise will help shape financial strategies, improve customer experience, and ensure regulatory alignment.Work in a high-impact, high-visibility role that puts your analytical skills at the centre of banking innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor financial KPIs, customer behaviour, and risk trendsAnalyse banking data to provide insights for credit risk, product performance, and customer segmentation strategiesCollaborate with finance, compliance, and product teams to provide data support for business decisionsIdentify data patterns and trends to support strategic planning and regulatory reportingPresent insights in a clear and business-friendly format for executive and operational stakeholdersAssist with process automation and the development of data pipelines for continuous reporting Job Experience and Skills Required:Education: Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field (Post-graduate qualification advantageous)Experience: 25 years experience in a data analytics role within a banking, financial services, or fintech environmentSkills:Advanced SQL and Python skillsExperience using SAS, Power BI or Tableau for reporting and data visualisationStrong understanding of financial metrics, credit risk modelling, and customer analyticsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex dataAbility to work across compliance, finance, and operational departmentsDetail-oriented, and analytical thinker, with strong problem-solving capabilities
