REQUIREMENTS**
- Completed Grade 12/Matric
- Technical Qualification in Engineering (Light Current)
- Three to five years Industry related Internal Sales Experience with evident skills
- Two to three years Customer Relationship Management Experience
- Extensive knowledge of RMD product and technical solutions, to meet client expectation and requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid driver's license (Code EB or better)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Internal Sales Supervisor will manage and lead the RMD Internal Sales function to ensure efficient and effective quote and tender completion. Successful incumbent will oversee, develop, coordinate and implement all tasks related for successful quotation and proposal submissions. Futher, ensure that all quotations and proposals are in line with customer requirements and that business objectives and standards are met.
- Manage the development of technically acceptable Tenders and Proposals
- Update and utilise instrument/valve sizing and selection programmes to determine specific product solutions as per customer requirements and advise customers of possible alternative solutions
- Ensure on time quoting Turn DTD
- Oversee customer and supplier queries - response and solutions
- Maintain and improve customer relationships
- Oversee correct order processing and relevant documents submitted
- Oversee credit notes - accurate order invoicing, minimum credits
- Responsible for the timeous update of pricing factors and price calculation sheets
- Verify pricing schedules are aligned to the requirements of the RFQ. Pricing to be compiled as per updated price lists and strategies
- Assist with expediting activity of technical and commercially unclean orders on overseas and local supplier
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures
