- Order Office Supplies

- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Liaise with staff in other departments

- Able to work well with others
- Able to work on your own
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Flexible and open to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer services skills
- Able to use a computer and maintain software competently
- Multilingual is required
- Prior administrative experience
- Grade 12 Preferred
