EZAIR is looking for **experienced, hardworking, and driven HVAC Technicians** who take pride in their work and are ready to hit the ground running.
**Who We Want**:
- **5+ years experience in HVAC** - installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Valid **driver’s licence**.
- Must be able to **commute**no excuses.
- **Strong work ethic**: able to push to complete jobs efficiently while keeping quality high.
- Ambitious, professional, and motivated.
- **Immediate start** upon successful interview.
- If you have transport issues, cannot commit, or are not willing to put in effort - do not apply.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot faults and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Keep accurate service records and report progress.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Ensure all work is **safe, efficient, and high quality**.
**Interview Process**:
- **All interviews are in person.** No exceptions.
- Includes a **practical test with our senior technician**.
- Decisions are based on performance in the test and overall fit with the team.
