- 5+ years experience in HVAC - installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Must be able to commute reliably.
- Strong work ethic: able to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality.

- You cannot commit fully to the role.
- You are not willing to put in effort.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot faults and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Keep accurate service records and report progress.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Ensure all work is safe, efficient, and of high quality.

**Interview Process**
- All interviews are in-person at **Hazel Dean Office Park**. No exceptions.
- Includes a **practical test** with our senior technician.
- Decisions are based on performance in the test and overall fit with the team.
