The **Junior Business Information Analyst** is responsible for the management and analysis of sales data, with a focus on Consumption (On Con) and Redistributor data. This **National** position is responsible for creating and maintaining appropriate procedures that ensure On Con and Redistributor data standards within the business and to provide strategic reports that will facilitate decision making. This position will also support with Off Con data requirements as required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Design, create and maintain monthly reports for clients to track their On Con and Redistribution performance.
- Create reports to support the sales team in driving new listings in the On Con environment.
- Ensure Wine List database is up to date and accurate. Track listings for Meridian brands and key competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Report on the On Con performance of Meridian brands as well as key competitors.
- Report on the Redistribution performance of Meridian brands as well as key competitors.
- Support with Off-Con data checks and adhoc requests as required.
- The creation of reports as required and directed by the Group Sales Executive.
- Assist Line Manager with ad hoc projects
- Ensure continuous development and up-to-date industry knowledge and competence.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively anticipate and manage organisational change within MWM.
- Ensure that all MWM operating policies and procedures adhere to the QMS framework and are successfully executed.
- Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
- Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing Finance, or Informatics
- 1 years plus experience in Analytics reporting and Master Data Management (Excel Skills preferred)
- Microsoft Office, PBI and Tableau beneficial
- Exceptional Analytical, Reporting and Problem-Solving Skills
