**NATIONAL BRAND AMBASSADOR/INFLUENCER - LIQUOR INDUSTRY - JHB**

Our Client is presently the largest privately owned wine and spirits merchant in South Africa. A tireless dedication to hard work, honesty and the personal touch has led to long standing and well trusted relationships with some of the most successful spirit brands in the world.

They have an opportunity for a Brand Amabssador/Influencer to ensure one of their global products is well established in the market place.

To qualify, you will need:

- A Marketing Related Diploma
- Proven influencer network
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Liquor industry
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strategic, creative, innovative thinker with strong operational capabilities
- Pose a strong social media/blog presence
- Good problem solving ability
- Comfortable in negotiating needs of brand relative to those of customers, consumers, media and events partners.
- Exhibits brand knowledge
- Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas
- Excellent interpersonal skills, assertive and able to use initiative

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive all CRM consumer and customer activity execution that increases effectiveness and efficiencies with agreed targets.
- Establish brand presence at key social occasions through the development and implementation of tailored consumer activations (in line with brand strategy).
- Establish credentials as a brand influencer through the development and implementation of tailored influence driving initiatives (in line with brand strategy)
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer and shopper (as defined in the consumer segmentation), by unlocking key insights to drive meaningful brand engagement (activation) plans. Benchmark and understand market practices to maximize ROI within your sphere of influence.
- Drive traction in regions outside of JHB base, through interaction with regional teams and specific in regions KPI’s.
- Identify key must win outlet base, working with the sales, brand and activation team to secure key visibility, availability, product ranging and support plans to deliver against set targets.
- Drive education and build influence through PR, innovative activations, presentations, corporate and other tastings opportunities and trainings
- Seek out and develop strategic partnerships to build the category and brand(s), and leverage potential growth opportunities through non-traditional channels.
- Drive reach and impact of influence both in the real world and across social media/digital platforms, through an influencer and content strategy.

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
