Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analyst located in the City of Johannesburg. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, interpreting results, generating reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. The day-to-day tasks include gathering and organizing data from various sources, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Collaboration with different teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis, data interpretation, and report generation
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience in the BPO or contact center industry is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
