**Job Advert Summary**:
Automation Control Solutions (ACS) is a market leader in Southern Africa in the field of Process Control Instrumentation. ACS provides world-renowned products, specialised training, after sales service and technical support. We represent Emerson Automation Solutions, in Southern and Eastern Africa.**
Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- Minimum of N3 preferably with Process Instrumentation or Mechanical
- Two to three years industry-related internal sales experience
- Two to three years customer relationship experience
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Transactional Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating accurate, compliant, and on-time quotations for Isolation Valve Products in response to enquiries from Trading Companies, Re-Sellers and general Procurement Houses in the ACS Sales territory. All quotations delivered must be followed up on weekly to ensure maximum orders are received from these entities.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Produce technically compliant Tenders and Proposals using the appropriate selection programs, catalogues, and sizing software
- Engage with local and overseas suppliers (Emerson) and source quotations
- In consultation with the COO Final Control and Services, establish monthly and annual sales targets, specifically related to Isolation Valve Products.
- Determine specific product solutions as per customers requirements, advise customers of possible alternative solutions
- Check quote for technical accuracy and advise customers of any deviations from original RFQ
- Use selling techniques, technical skills, and professional relationships to secure purchase orders
- Maintain and improve customer relationships through regular telephonic contact
- Capturing entries on CRM - Maximizer system. 100% compliance and updated daily with all relevant documents, status updates, and customer communication
