Business Development Advocate

**ASI** is looking for a self driven, dynamic **Business Development Advocate**to join our Cape Town based team and be the face of our growth.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and client outreach.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and clearly articulate the value of ASI Financial Services’ offerings
- Manage the full Sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Collaborate significantly with consulting teams to drive cross-selling within the business.
- Formulate and effectively communicate a compelling Value Proposition tailored to meet client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales target.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and strategic acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients and
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12 Senior Certificate. Tertiary Qualification in Business Management or any related field would be advantageous
- FAIS Fit and Proper compliance ( Must have a NQF Level 5 Regulatory Exam Certificate)
- Possesses a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Business Development, Sales related or Client facing role..( preferably in Financial services)
- Demonstrated experience within the long-term insurance sector, including a good understanding in Healthcare, Retirement, and Risk.
- MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional Presentation skills
