Human Resources Business Partner

Advise senior management in relation to HC strategy and relevant Industry topics, i.e., diversity, management structures, skills development.
- Develop & communicate the organizational development plan to business for better alignment with Industry business unit plan.
- Support long-term and strategic capacity planning in the Business and understands the requirements in workforce planning, people development and recruitment and initiates concepts, programmes, and measures with the other HR departments.
- In conjunction with Talent Management, develop and implement a clear and well-defined strategic plan for talent management, coaching & mentoring and retention.
- Implements Industry strategies and policies within the local context in line with the long term and short-term corporate HR strategy.
- Supports the development and recommendation of Industry programs and policies which are designed to maintain the company's competitive position in the industry.
- Supports the development of progressive and proactive Industry marketing and recruiting concepts that positively impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the talent in the market and realizes corresponding activities.
- Effectively manage employee relations.
- Steers and manages expat assignments in partnership with Shared Services and Mobility.
- Support the department with innovative ideas for talent management and recruiting in case of need (identification of new talent pool/target group/marketing channels etc.).
- Project responsibility in business area.
- People Management.
**Salary**: Up to R600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
