- CONTRACT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT TO CARRY OUT SECURITY DUTIES
- KNOWNLEDGE OF CURRENT SECURITY TECHNOLOGY
- REPORTING SKILLS, INNOVATIVE AND CREATIVE
- STRESS TOLERANT, DRIVE AND PERSISTANCE
- WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS**

**Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients.**

**Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address any service issues.**

**Conduct monthly meetings with clients to ensure security requirements are met.**

**SERVICE DELIVERY**

**Ensure that security service levels meet client expectations and contractual agreements.**

**Oversee security officer recruitment, training, and performance management.**

**Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with client specifications and company policies.**

**OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY**

**Manage wage-to-revenue ratios, roster planning, and overtime control.**

**Monitor leave accruals and ensure sufficient backup staffing.**

**Oversee the use of technology for site reporting and patrol management.**

**INCIDENT MANAGEMENT & REPORTING**

**Investigate security incidents and provide timely reports to clients and senior management.**

**Conduct regular site surveys and risk assessments to enhance security measures.**

**Ensure corrective action plans are implemented to prevent future occurrences.**

**RECRUITMENT & DISCIPLINE**

**Recruit, train, and manage security officers**

**Enforce the company’s Code of Conduct and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.**

**SHIFTS AND CALL DUTIES**

**Work regular shifts and take on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.**

**Conduct night visits to ensure the quality of security operations on client sites**

**COMPLIANCE**

**Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations**

**Maintain all necessary documentation, including client contact details, employee records, and billing information.**
