We are seeking an experienced controller to join our security company. The individual must be a quick thinker, ability to work under pressure and must have good communication skills.

He or she must be willing to learn and must work well with others.

The person will be responsible to ensure that communication is maintained with all Sites, Supervisors and Management staff and to coordinate the deployment of security officers, monitor and record all communications from site. To ensure that Deployment of Shifts are Recorded accurately and that sites are covered in the specified time. To record all reports in Accordance with Client Procedures and Policies. To report all incidents to management in accurate an manner. To be fully Acquainted with all Emergency procedures etc.

**Requirements**:

- PSIRA Registered
- Fluent in English and isiZulu
- Strong risk management and investigations skills
- Accurate and concise literacy skills
- Good report writing
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good computer literacy skills
- Must have a flexible approach to work
- Must be able to work shifts as specified
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must have experience in security industry

**Salary**: R123,456.00 - R123,457.00 per year
