The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts and generating sales leads within the steel industry. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in the steel industry. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Provide customers with product information, pricing, and delivery details. Prepare and send quotations to customers. Follow up on sales leads and inquiries. Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills. Valid driver's license and own transportation. Knowledge of steel products and manufacturing processes is a plus.
