**National Debt Advisor is looking for a Lead Generator to join their team**

**Job title: Lead Generator**
**Department: Sales**
**Position type: Full time**

As a **Lead Generator**, your role is to dial and find potential qualifying clients for debt review, prospecting process, needs analysis, and client report building, and find the ideal potential client for debt review all with the end goal of converting leads into customers.

**Performance requirements**:

- Available for Leads
- 4 Hours Talk Times
- Finding the need
- Building interest
- Report building
- Maintain an average call score of above 85% on sales and non-sales calls

**Key responsibilities**:

- Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
- Explaining the debt review process
- Every 150 leads to 1 prospecting customer
- Create interest.
- Preparation of lead
- Follow up on all potential leads.
- Ability to read credit reports.

**Qualifications required**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with cold calling
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of credit reporting
- Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and how they operate.
- Experience in sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and & telephony systems.
- Understanding of industry regulations and best practices for credit repair
- Any relevant certification or training in credit repair or related fields may be an advantage.

**Systems Required**:

- Connex Dialler
- Sage
- Simplicity LG

**Targets**:

- 60% conversion from lead to sales
- 2 Leads passed over per day.
- 1 Lead converted to a customer.
- 300 Calls per day
- 150 Calls per Passover
