Lead Generator / NBD Specialist Location: 10 Evelyn Rd, Cape Town, South Africa. Schedule: Office-based, 40 hours per week. Your Mission As a Lead Generator / NBD Specialist for the GovDeals segment, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, uncovering new business opportunities within the U.S. government sector and the industrial SME sector in the United States and Canada. Focus Areas Identify surplus asset sales opportunities from: Government facilities Fleet and transportation departments Municipal, state, and federal agencies, as well as educational institutions You will work closely with our global team to build relationships, qualify leads, and support the onboarding of new sellers to the GovDeals platform. Key Responsibilities Research and uncover new business leads and enter the information into a company-wide CRM. Daily research of lead sources and data to identify qualified leads. Establish a close‑loop of communication with stakeholders regarding the quality of leads. Refine lead parameters to ensure highest quality. Enter all viable leads into the HubSpot CRM with accurate information. Achieve monthly goals for lead generation. Provide monthly reporting to stakeholders on lead achievement.
