We're Hiring: Lead Generator – ICT Industry (Based in Cape Town)

Are you an energetic go-getter who thrives on turning no's into yes's? Do you have the drive, discipline, and determination to hunt down new business opportunities and make things happen?

We're looking for a Lead Generator to join our dynamic team at our Sable Square, Cape Town office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's passionate about sales, technology, and building strong client relationships.

What we're looking for:


•   A motivated, self-disciplined individual with a "hunter" mindset.


•   Excellent communication and telephone skills – confident, clear, and professional.


•   Computer literate and comfortable working with CRM systems and online tools.


•   Resilient and persistent – you can take a million no's before you get that yes.


•   Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in the ICT industry).


•   Must reside in Cape Town and be able to work from our Sable Square office.

What you'll do:


•   Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.


•   Nurture leads and set appointments for the sales team.


•   Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in our CRM system.


•   Work closely with the sales team to help drive business growth.
