Tasks
**Business Development
- Internal and external**: Activate and manage National Campaigns at dealership level. Observe and analyse the competition within his/her region and develop proposals to respond to these challenges. Support the Branch Manager in the targeting of fleet, wholesale, and retail potential customers within the region. Support at dealer events to promote dealership in community

**Training and development**: Identification of skill requirement - update Training needs analysis and training calendar at dealer level. Educate and train dealers on various retail modules. Facilitate training with non-rubber suppliers (brakes, shocks and batteries) and conduct fleet training.

**Consultation and Collaboration**: Consult with the dealer and be able to advise the dealer on optimal interior store layout and exterior signage Ability to incorporate and collaborate with CTSA sales team into conversion process.

Operational Management and BestDrive Standards Ensure branch performance is in line with targets and troubleshoot under-target performers; Ensure compliance with external (outside of building) and internal standards. Perform ongoing store audits and other corporate identity(example dress code); Hold one-to-one sessions with Franchisees to highlight successes, failures and discuss future plans (e.g. campaigns, promotions, training); Support the branch service offerings; Schedule and execute regular visits to franchise outlets; Conduct store audits/evaluations with required action reports

**Project Management**: Implement process flow according to plan; Ensure all new stores are fully converted and upgraded as per plan and versus signed off mock-up

**Supplier Management**: Brief suppliers as to conversion requirements. Identify innovative ways to optimise and enhance existing signage options. Identify equipment requirements in consultation with suppliers.

**Qualifications**:
National Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related business field
Project Management experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience within the Retail Business
