**Minimum requirements**:

- Postgraduate /Bachelor’s Degree, Honours Degree advantageous
- 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar environment, with at least 5 years operational leadership / specialist experience
- Experience in Rental and Leasing in the Logistics Industry
- 8 Years staff management experience
- Full MS Office Suite skills and experience - Advanced Excel
- Sales/ Marketing and other relevant training
- Project Management training and/or experience
- Some OE and Lean exposure
- Above average negotiation skills
- Legal / contract writing experience would be advantageous
- A good understanding of Business Analysis methodologies
- Advanced commercial knowledge and / or skill. A sound knowledge of financials. Budgetary and financial skills.
- Above average interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at a given time, work under pressure and able to schedule tasks and prioritize actions
- SAP Experience advantageous
- Advanced business development knowledge and / or skill
- Experience in all aspects of client relationship management
- Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements

**Key responsibilities**:

- Training and Business Development for start ups
- Define business problems through consultations with clients and provide solutions to their business needs
- Solve briefs with actionable recommendations through incorporating analysis from different data sources
- Provide and present insights through storytelling
- Lead client relationships and proactively develop these relationships to deliver against account plan objectives
- Be the responsible for client contract, financials (including invoicing), renewal and growth revenue target
- Lead business development activities for targeted accounts

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month
