**Primary functions will be**:
**-**Management of scheduled routes with a zero tolerance towards non-conformance.
- Dispatching and receiving of allocated fuel vehicles.
- Daily control: Pre
- and Post
- trip inspections
- On-route control & monitoring
- Good communication with client and Crossroads personnel.
- Reporting of breakdowns and delays to the Customer and Contract Manager
- Closure of trip sheets and admin thereof
- Diesel control and fuel consumption
- Take disciplinary action for non-conformances and breaches of discipline

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Previous working experience with Total Energies
- Minimum 3 (three) years fuel transport and oil company standards experience
- Ability to manage people effectively
- Attention to detail and follow up skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent record keeping for Oil Company audits.
- Sound communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong administrative skills
- Decision making skills
- Must be prepared to work shifts and weekends flexi-hours and be on call
- Good planning and organizing skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R25 000,00 - R28 000,00 per month
