Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with extensive exposure to strategic projects, particularly in the transport industry. This individual will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving performance, and supporting the growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance business performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead HR initiatives related to talent management, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to support the business.
- Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on labor relations, conflict resolution, and employee disciplinary actions.
- Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommend improvements for business performance.
- Lead HR projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee training and development programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills to meet business needs.

Key Skills:

- Proven ability to partner with leadership teams and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations (especially in transport/logistics).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to analyze data and HR metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a strong background in the transport or logistics industry.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Excellent knowledge of HR software and systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is advantageous).
