About The Role

You'll be a key player supporting the day-to-day operations of the People function, helping us deliver meaningful employee experiences, ensuring smooth processes, and laying the groundwork for an environment where talent can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
People Operations & Administration
- Keep our HR systems and employee records up to date, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Own the admin side of the onboarding process: from contracts and induction programs to work permits and documentation.
- Support payroll processing through accurate data collection and coordination.
- Assist with employee benefits enrollment and queries.
- Coordinate leaves (vacation, sick leave, parental leave, etc.) ensuring compliance with relevant policies and local requirements.
- Support the People team in preparing reports, audit documentation, and internal communications.
- Help the Talent Acquisition team with coordination throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Support & Engagement
- Be a go-to person for employee queries, offering first-line support with empathy and efficiency.
- Partner with the People team to drive engagement initiatives, from employee surveys to internal events.
- Contribute to wellbeing and culture-building initiatives that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
- Support internal training coordination and maintain development records.
- Assist in handling basic employee relations topics, escalating when needed to the appropriate team member.
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations or coordination, ideally in an international or remote-first setting.
- Experience with HRIS tools and solid command of Microsoft Office (or Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment regulations.
- HR certification (CIPD, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
