**Job Overview:**

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join its team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Distribution Centre.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate daily administration functions within the Trade Express.
  • Assist managers with purchase requisitions, goods receipt process, purchase orders, and procurement-related admin tasks.
  • Manage petty cash in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation and coordinate DC ISO audits.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, including monthly coordination of OPEX spends and variance analysis.

**Inventory Planning:**

  • Plan and create Physical Inventory Documents for monthly stock counts.
  • Liaise with planning to resolve stock issues.
  • Reduce write-offs and losses to a minimum.
  • Ensure optimal stock availability and rotation.

**Risk Control and Quality Control:**

  • Manage stock movements and documentation in accordance with ICC and internal/external audit controls.
  • Evaluate and maintain stock loss control procedures.
  • Ensure stacking heights are maintained.
  • Conduct risk audits.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • A relevant diploma or certificate in administration or finance is advantageous.
  • Minimum 6 months' relevant experience in FMCG logistics/distribution environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Strato, and Success Factors experience beneficial.
