Temporary Executive Assistant

Leading Investment company requires the service of an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support various Heads of Departments. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Travel management is a key responsibility, involving the organization and oversight of the team's travel arrangements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities will incude but not be limited to the following:
Administrative Supp
Manage the Team’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
oCoordinate and organize various project meetings, and following up on action items, especially for the CFO.
Travel Management:
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Arrange Visas if necessary.
Handle any travel-related issues or changes that may arise, providing real-time support to the Team.
Research and select cost-effective travel options, leveraging relationships with our travel manager to secure the best rates and services.
Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison between the Team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and team members.
Coordinate and manage executive team’s participation in events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Experience in travel management, project management, and office administration
