**Documentation and Reporting**: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, and help with formatting, proofreading, and editing.

**Supply Management**: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that essential items are always stocked and available for use.

**Assistance with Projects**: Support various projects by conducting research, gathering information, and assisting with project coordination and execution.

**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to different departments or teams within the organization, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. **Communication Liaison**: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, relaying messages and ensuring timely responses.

**Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering if necessary, and ensure that all necessary materials are available for meetings.

**Compliance and Record Keeping**: Help ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and assist with maintaining accurate records and documentation.

**Event Planning**: Assist in organizing company events, such as workshops, and handling RSVPs. Learning and Development Support: Assist in organizing training sessions or workshops for staff members, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rosebank, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
