(High Salary) HYPA- SALES SPECIALIST: FTTH

Job Descriptions
- Pro-actively canvas for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite to new clients by executing the sales strategy within predetermined coverage areas.
- Achieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes / target consistently as set out by Management.
- Establish, maintain, expand, and take ownership of customer relationship.
- To take ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales process.
- Ensure lead management system (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information i.e., address, sales status, technical and debtors contacts.
- Schedule client meetings where and when required.
- Attend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations, and any other forms of activations as directed by management.
- Actively promote FTTH and associated products on social media platforms
- Collect, collate, and report on all sales activities and outcomes daily, including location, interactions, leads quotes and sales attained per network operator.
- At all times ensure that you have enough sales collateral to meet your sales objectives
- Ensure that all marketing equipment allocated is maintained in good working order and that any damages or wear and tear on the equipment is immediately reported to your manager or team lead
- While executing on your sales activities continually feedback to your manager or team lead on locations best suited to activations, consumer marketing opportunities and the like to assist in improving the effectiveness of your sales team
- Utilise services of Sales Specialists or Product Managers to compliment your skills when required
- Abide by any specific campaign or promotional requirements as directed
- Ensure regular customer feedback continually and throughout all pre and post sales processes in a professional manner
- Attend product training sessions in line with HYPA Requirements to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Continuously raise own competency levels
- Foster an atmosphere of self-study with regards to trends in the telecommunications market
- Constantly provide feedback to Management on skill and knowledge requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum Requirement of a Grade 12 qualification.
- Please note there is no minimum amount of experience required, although sales experience would be beneficial.
