Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12
- Suitable HR / Labour Diploma/Degree
- More than 2 years experience in a similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sift all disciplinary cases at sources and allocate cases as per the company disciplinary code.
- Manage and monitor work output of company representatives as per case priorities.
- Deal with and issue final written warnings
- Ratify suspensions with pay in liaison with HR Manager and Legal Advisor.
- Solicit all required documentation in respect of cases.
- Set dates with Presiding Officers and furnish same with all required documentation.
- Officially summon and ensure attendance of all witnesses.
- Ensure all cases are finalized within the determined time frames.
- Notify and caution line management of delays.
- Maintain a record of cases progress and outcomes.
- Report unnecessary delays to appropriate line management
