Hire Resolve is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our client's team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the Cape Town region.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in Cape Town.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients.
- Represent Hire Resolve at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, progress, and results to senior management.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
