Expectations: As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will gather data and make changes to websites to enhance rankings in search engine results. Your role includes managing content, keyword strategies, link-building strategies, and SEM campaigns to optimize website content and improve traffic and visibility on search engine results pages.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily:

1. Monitor performance metrics using SEO tools like Google Analytics.
2. Develop strategies to improve search engine rankings.
3. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices.
4. Work with editorial and marketing teams on SEO in content creation.
5. Stay updated on SEO recommendations and implement necessary changes.
6. Maintain positive teamwork and a solution-focused attitude.

Monthly:

1. Manage SEO campaign expenses to maintain the budget.

Quarterly:

1. Set measurable SEO goals that demonstrate improvement.
2. Generate SEO progress reports.

Semiannual:

1. Undergo performance evaluations.
2. Participate in online courses to stay updated on search engine algorithms.

Biggest Challenges for This Position:

1. Staying current with SEO trends and algorithm updates.
2. Effectively communicating goals and strategies to stakeholders.
3. Continuously analyzing large sets of data.

Hard Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (not essential but preferred).
2. Proven SEO experience and coding experience are preferable.
3. Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Web Analytics, Research, SEO, A/B Testing, Copywriting.
4. Intermediate skills in Social Media Marketing, WordPress, UX Design.
5. Basic skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PPC.
6. Fluent English.

Tech Requirements:

1. Intel Core i7 or greater.
2. 16GB RAM or greater.
3. Stable broadband (20 Mbps).
4. Noise-canceling headset.
5. HD web camera.

Soft Requirements:

1. Strong teamwork and adaptability.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Competitor Analysis.
2. GMB Audit and Optimization, including GEO Tagging of Images.
3. Bright Local Setup, Signal Gynesis Account Setup.
4. Comprehensive Keyword Research and Mapping for Web Pages, Blogs, FAQs, GMB Posts, and PR.
5. On-page optimization including writing meta descriptions, page titles, H1s, and page URLs.
6. Blog Optimization & Publishing, FAQ and PR Publishing.
7. GMB Post Publishing.
8. Creation of Social Posts for platforms like GMB, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
9. Weekly KPI Tracking and Monthly Wins Reporting.
