As a Digital Paid Ads and SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving high-quality traffic to our website. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns and SEO strategies to maximize our company's visibility, engagement, and conversions. Your expertise will help us reach our target audience effectively and support our overall marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Paid Ads Management**:

- Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative development to ensure compelling and effective ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize ad campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging ad visuals and landing pages.

**SEO Strategy and Execution**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and optimize content for search engines.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Manage off-page SEO activities, such as link building, outreach, and relationship management with relevant industry sites.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site structure, crawlability, and indexation.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to track and report on campaign performance and SEO metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports and insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.

**Collaboration and Strategy**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid ads and SEO efforts with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
- Provide input on content strategies and website enhancements to support SEO and paid advertising objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized services or additional support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing digital paid ads and SEO campaigns, preferably in a software or technology-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and reports.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
