Administrative Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions.
- Manage leave for casual and permanent employees.
- Handle disciplinary hearings and employee relations.
- Process and manage weekly wages.
- Oversee all office operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a trustworthy and loyal approach to all tasks.
- Deal with various suppliers and running payments accordingly.
- Ordering control for materials.
- Understanding of Bargaining Councils.
- Pulling data from fingerprint readers.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager.
- Basic HR experience, including leave management, handling casual and permanent workers, and disciplinary hearings.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and Sage 1.
- Highly experienced with working on spreadsheets.
- Experience with AutoCAD is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Blunt personality with a no-nonsense approach.
This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of R20000-R25000 CTC.
The working hours are Monday-Thursday: 7am-4:30pm and Friday: 7am-3:20pm.
