Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions.

  • Manage leave for casual and permanent employees.
  • Handle disciplinary hearings and employee relations.
  • Process and manage weekly wages.
  • Oversee all office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a trustworthy and loyal approach to all tasks.
  • Deal with various suppliers and running payments accordingly.
  • Ordering control for materials.
  • Understanding of Bargaining Councils.
  • Pulling data from fingerprint readers.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager.
  • Basic HR experience, including leave management, handling casual and permanent workers, and disciplinary hearings.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and Sage 1.
  • Highly experienced with working on spreadsheets.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Blunt personality with a no-nonsense approach.
About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of R20000-R25000 CTC.

The working hours are Monday-Thursday: 7am-4:30pm and Friday: 7am-3:20pm.
