Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.

- Present software solutions to clients through demos and presentations tailored to their business needs.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to deal closure.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how the software can solve specific challenges.

- Technical Proficiency:

- Develop a strong understanding of the companys software solutions, including features, benefits, and value propositions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation post-sale.

- Sales Reporting and Strategy:

- Meet and exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).

- Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts.

- Provide feedback to the product team to improve offerings based on client needs and market trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Education:

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

- Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales or technology solutions sales.

- Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Sales Skills:

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Strong consultative selling abilities with a focus on providing tailored solutions.

- Soft Skills:

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
- Familiarity with software products in [industry specific: e.g., ERP systems, CRM software, etc.].
- Existing client relationships within the technology/software sector.
