Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
    • Present software solutions to clients through demos and presentations tailored to their business needs.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to deal closure.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how the software can solve specific challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Develop a strong understanding of the companys software solutions, including features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation post-sale.
  • Sales Reporting and Strategy:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
    • Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts.
    • Provide feedback to the product team to improve offerings based on client needs and market trends.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales or technology solutions sales.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales Skills:
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Strong consultative selling abilities with a focus on providing tailored solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
  • Familiarity with software products in (industry specific: e.g., ERP systems, CRM software, etc.).
  • Existing client relationships within the technology/software sector.
