New Business Management:

  • Plan and research pre-call and post-call to ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure that contact reports are completed and submitted to clients to maintain transparency.

Client Retention:

  • Retain 75% of clients annually to drive revenue growth.
  • Complete a yearly plan for each existing client in a timely manner to ensure effective communication.
  • Stay aware of clients' business activities to provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate new products and services to clients to drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Create and implement effective strategies for clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that client information is relevant and up-to-date (birthdays, contact details) to provide personalized service.

Debtors Function:

  • Assist with collecting outstanding debt to maintain cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • Driver's license and own transport essential for business travel.
  • Proven sales track record in media to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in a sales environment to provide effective solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Passionate about customer service to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to create a business plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel) to provide effective solutions.
  • Good business writing skills (proposal writing) to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment and meet targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Report writing skills to maintain transparency.
