Job Title: Biddable Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Biddable Specialist to join our team at GroupM. As a Biddable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Display, and DV360.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and their impact on paid search advertising and media.
  • Implement brand safety and viewability controls to protect client brands.
  • Interpret data from digital marketing platforms to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Attend training sessions and events to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain certifications as required by the line manager and Mindshare management team.

2. Operations

  • Implement and optimize Google campaigns across major platforms, staying up-to-date with platform changes.
  • Understand ad formats and targeting options, implementing them to achieve client objectives.
  • Produce accurate reporting on digital marketing activity as required.
  • Manage client spends diligently, adhering to company process.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver on internal performance requirements linked to client KPIs.

3. Clients and Internal Teams

  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, defining and managing expectations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Review customer feedback, addressing concerns positively.
  • Attend client meetings and events, communicating effectively via email, IM, or phone.
  • Contribute to customer Service Level Agreements, service reviews, and customer feedback initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Google Ads certified (including fundamentals, search, display, video, shopping, mobile)
  • Google Analytics certified
  • Strong written, verbal, and presenting skills
  • Excellent copywriting and grammar skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Marketing background with an emphasis on digital and paid media/advertising
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Deadline-driven
  • Self-motivated and organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Works well individually and in a team
  • Extensive experience with B2C clients
  • Knowledge of HTML and User Experience (UX) is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus
  • Experienced in Google Ads Editor is a plus
  • Experience on GMP Suite and/or certifications
