Overview

Pro Select Consulting seeks a skilled Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead our client's store in Kenilworth. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store and achieving sales targets.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the store runs efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer service, and employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, storage, and disposal, to minimize waste and maximize sales potential.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales figures, customer interactions, and employee performance.
