Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Gauteng. As an important member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our business units.

  • You will be responsible for tracking sales performance, scheduling trade visits, managing expenditure, and collating feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective Sales Tracking: Draw relevant sales reports from our database, summarize the data, and present it to stakeholders.
  • Trade Visit Coordination: Schedule call cycles and ensure there are no conflicting appointments.
  • Budget Management: Organize travel arrangements, manage company credit cards, and process payments for vendors.
  • Office Administration: Manage our diary, handle ad-hoc events, and maintain confidentiality.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of R250,000 per annum.
  • As an Administrative Coordinator, you will work closely with our internal and external clients to manage daily appointments and tasks.
  • You will be responsible for planning agendas, distributing them effectively, and prioritizing demands.
