Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Farm Administration Coordinator to join our team at People Dimension. This fixed term contract role will be responsible for performing various administrative duties across our feedlot and farming operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks: feed usage reconciliation, feed stock reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, capturing and reconciling delivery notes, keeping mortality records up-to-date, and ensuring availability of OHS and general checklists.
  • General data capturing, weekly meeting minutes, and other duties as required.
  • Send weekly updates to relevant departments.
  • General HR functions for feedlot and farm personnel, including submitting bi-weekly wages, loading personnel leave on Sage, and assisting with HR duties.
  • Medicine-related tasks: weekly medicine stock take, receiving deliveries, and ordering stock as needed.
  • Obtaining quotes for feedlot-related repairs and maintenance.
  • Assisting in keeping the office tidy and overseeing cleaning.
  • Receiving guests and assisting with meeting preparations.
  • Quality control of raw materials in the feed store and monthly sample analysis.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of PPE.
  • Prepare and disseminate departmental reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Availability to work weekends.
