Job Description:
A strategic and highly skilled office coordinator is sought to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and manage the organization's office operations in KZN – DBN West.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To assist the CEO in day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless execution of organizational objectives.
  2. Manage the organization's office operations efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  3. C Coordinate travel plans, prepare documents, presentations, and ensure accurate minute-taking during meetings.
  4. O oversee financial transactions, including credit card, travel expenses, and petty cash, while maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.

Techical Competencies & Experience:
  1. At least 10 years of experience in an executive PA role, with exceptional proficiency in MS Office.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in calendar management, event planning, and general office administration.
  3. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and directors.
  4. Showcase a proactive and efficient approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  1. Maintain exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior-level executives and board members.
  2. Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times, upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
