Senior Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ultra Personnel.
About the Role:This is a critical role that requires exceptional financial management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Planning Partners, ensuring seamless client services delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:- Oversee administrative processes and controls in the Financial Planning practice, including transactions, queries, reporting, and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with Financial Planning Partners to implement client services experience, as defined by the Head of Operations.
- Liaise between Financial Planner Partners and product providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure accurate data capture, record-keeping, and compliance with legislation and business rules.
- Maintain an up-to-date diary system and address technology issues experienced by Financial Planning Partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an admin or operations role.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, Xplan, and other relevant software.
- A high energy level, customer-centric approach, and a methodical, accurate work ethic.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of R600,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
