Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including cold calling, account management, and lead generation.
  2. Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and develop high-performing sales talent to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  3. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage a pipeline of leads, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
