About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development Team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing an end-to-end sales process to attract, onboard, and nurture partners for one of Lulapay's innovative products.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a creative problem solver, and have a strong ability to work independently. Sales Development Representative Responsibilities
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Lulapay product and operational processes.
  • Investigate and pinpoint key industries and markets suitable for targeting.
  • Establish and manage a continuous flow of potential leads through research, lead generation, cold outreach, onboarding, and account management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to foster growth and deliver regular feedback to support ongoing enhancement of the Lulapay product.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within complex tech sales.
  • Ability to conduct successful industry and market research.

  • Proof of successful track record of cold calling and various other outreach methods.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently.
Estimated Salary

R 80,000 - R 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
