Job Title: Events and Workshop Organizer

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Events and Workshop Organizer to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan events and workshops, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring effective cost management and control.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality services.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment, to ensure a smooth and successful event.
  • Manage event marketing and promotion, including social media, email, and print materials, to attract and engage attendees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective event execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback and making recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality, events, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event coordination and management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel, if necessary.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and excellent customer service.
