About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional customer service, resolve technical issues efficiently, and escalate calls to second-line support or vendors as needed. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MS Office Suite, ITIL-based call logging programs, and be proficient in data usage reports and fault finding procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Logging support calls on Manage Engine Service Desk (ticketing system)
  2. Assisting customers with first-line support issues on VSAT, Fibre, LTE, and Wireless
  3. Providing remote support to installers during installations if needed
  4. Escalating calls to second-line support or vendors when necessary
  5. Following and maintaining call logging procedures, including data usage reports and fault finding reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven work experience as a First-Line Support Technician or Helpdesk Support Technician
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite and ITIL-based call logging programs
  • Certification in A or N or relevant field (advantageous)
  • A tertiary qualification in A or N or relevant field
Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities. You should also be a team player with high dedication, willing to expand your knowledge, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
